Authority through substance
Credibility is earned with work that exists — a book, a talk, a result. Never with a louder claim.
About us
Fatha Khan is an Authority Sales Coach, 3x TEDx speaker, and published author based in Bengaluru. He teaches coaches and professionals to build authority, communicate powerfully, and sell with confidence.
The arc
The first job
Fired from a BPO call centre within two months — the reason given was poor English communication.
The corporate climb
Years of building craft and credibility at Ness Technologies, Capgemini, Cisco, and Cognizant, rising to Senior Manager.
2019
Left corporate to build Authority Influence Academy around one system: Write · Speak · Sell.
Today
1,000+ professionals coached, 500+ authors mentored, and 20+ TEDx speakers developed on the way to a goal of 100.
The turning point
The exit in 2019 looked decisive from the outside. Inside, it was two years of teaching before charging a single client, and webinars that ended with a room full of polite nods and nobody buying.
What changed wasn't the content. It was the structure around it — a way to prove authority on the page, hold attention from the stage, and run an enrolment conversation that respected both sides of the table.
That structure became Write · Speak · Sell, and it is the same sequence every client of the academy now walks through.
Mission
To make expert knowledge visible, audible, and commercially viable — so the best coaches, not the loudest, get heard.
Vision
100 TEDx speakers and a generation of published, well-paid coaches built out of one community.
Trusted by professionals from
Some of these organisations are past employers, others are corporate training contexts. Named individually, not as endorsements.
Values
Credibility is earned with work that exists — a book, a talk, a result. Never with a louder claim.
A sale should feel like clarity, not pressure. If it isn't right for them, it isn't a close.
Frameworks exist to simplify. If a method needs a decoder, it isn't finished.
The struggle years belong in the story. They're what make the method believable.
